What do you charge?
A commission agreed in writing before we start, on the purchase value. It sits in the quotation and does not change later. The initial check on whether the product is worth importing is free.
Is there a minimum quantity?
The minimum comes from the factory, not from us. For finished goods it usually runs from 500 to 3,000 units per model; for machinery one unit is enough. If your volume is small, shared loose cargo is usually the way.
How long does the whole thing take?
Search and quotation take days. The sample depends on the product. Production runs 15 to 60 days depending on the family, and the ocean leg from a south China port to Manzanillo usually takes 24 to 32 days.
Can I buy from several factories in one shipment?
Yes, and it is usually the better route. We receive everything in one warehouse, count it, reinforce the packing and one container ships with a single set of documents.
Do you work with products I already buy in Mexico?
That is the best case to start with, because you already know the product and the benchmark price. The current label plus a photo is usually enough to go out and quote.
